Important dates: Fall semester 2009

 For specific information on when a particular DE course starts, meets, and ends please consult the online ‘Class Schedule Listing’ in Banner Self-Service or your individual class schedule.

The start date for blended/hybrid courses is August 31, 2009.

The start date for fully online courses is September 8, 2009.

The end date for blended/hybrid courses is December 21, 2009 and for fully online courses is December 21, 2009.

Telecourses meet during the fall term; consult ‘Class Schedule’ for actual on-campus meeting dates and times, as these vary by course/instructor. 

The end date for Telecourses is no later than December 22, 2009.

Depending on the course and instructor, you may have ability to access your fully online course up to one week prior to the start date.

Online and Blended/Hybrid courses are accessed through the MySCCC portal and by using a link to the Desire2Learn (D2L) server.

Make SURE TO SIGN IN to your online course in D2L before September 15, 2009 or risk receiving an automatic withdrawal “W” grade.

 *Late Registration Policy* Registration for online courses (Desire2Learn) will be permitted until September --, 2009. Registration for a telecourse will be permitted until the first day the class meets.
