This may include your childhood and teen years, specific moments that have affected you, people who have influenced you or your decisions, or challenges that have shaped you into the scholar and person you are today.

This may include reasons for choosing to attend SCCC, challenges/struggles while here, involvement and leadership in clubs, organizations, and classes while attending Suffolk, or specific events or people that have affected you during your time at SCCC.

This may include the answers to one or more of the following questions:
